The industrial landscape of Uttarakhand is poised for a significant transformation following the successful conclusion of *‘Samanjasya 2026’* at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Rudrapur. Hosted by the *Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC)*, the discussion meet—themed *“Logistics Driving Progress”*—brought together industry leaders to harmonize logistical infrastructure with the state’s growing manufacturing demands.
The high-level deliberations were led by *Sh. Pawan Aggarwal, President (KGCCI)*, alongside a senior CWC delegation including *Sh. B. Nirmal (GGM Commercial)*, *Sh. Pawan Kumar (RM Delhi UK)* and *Sh. Manish BR (HOD, New Business)*.

At the heart of the discussion was the development of a massive *integrated warehousing complex*. This *Grade-A facility*, spanning *2 lakh square feet*, is designed with industry-best operational areas to provide superior storage and handling services. Crucially, CWC announced its capability to construct *Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouses*, offering customized storage solutions tailored to the specific technical and operational requirements of individual industries.

Positioning itself as a pioneer of *multi-modal logistics and door-to-door delivery*, CWC emphasized its commitment to providing the most transparent, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain solutions in the region. The primary objective remains the significant reduction of overall logistics costs for the local industry through optimized network management.

The project represents a substantial investment of approximately *₹100 crore* by CWC in the state, fulfilling the commitment established through the *MoU signed with the Government of Uttarakhand* during the flagship *’Destination Uttarakhand’* summit. This investment is expected to generate direct employment for nearly *500 professionals*, providing a major boost to local livelihoods.
